For this game we photographed 9 South African families and used their real names. Some families are small, some are large, there are single parent households and families where grandparents are an integral part of the family.

The game challenges bias by presenting varied images of family life and encourages curiosity and discussion amongst children in order to help them accept a more fluid and inclusive definition of what makes up a family.
