ELRU™ is a research and development organisation. We have aninnovative, multi-skilled and diverse team of people committed to increasing access and improving quality in the field of Early Childhood Development.
We work with a wide range of partners to promote awareness of the situation of young children and to inform policy and programming.

In meeting the challenges in the ECD field we:
-  embrace diversity and support all involved with young children
-  build on existing knowledge, skills and practices,
-  provide access to knowledge and skills,
-  pilot approaches and materials,
-  disseminate learnings and information.
