ELRU Vendor Form

ELRU is in the process of setting up a database of its suppliers and contractors. If you wish to be included please fill in the attached form and return it to ELRU at accounts@elru.co.za by 16 January 2012.

In procuring goods or services we follow a fair, equitable, transparent and cost-effective process that is prescribed by policy. For goods and services below the value of R10, 000, managers may make a selection from the supplier on the database. For goods and services above R10,000 3 quotes must be obtained before a decision is made. For contracts relating to personal services a contract must be agreed and signed before work commences.

ELRU may want to meet with suppliers early in 2012 to discuss their application.

It is ELRU's intention to fulfill work contracts from the list of suppliers on our database .

ELRU is remitting this form to suppliers who have worked for ELRU in the past to give them an opportunity to go onto the database.

Please note that being on ELRU's database in no way guarantees you any work.
